Zuku is a leading manufacturer and distributor of innovative sports technology products for athletes in the UK. With a unique delivery system Zuku offers high quality products that are developed in their purpose-built facility in Basel, Switzerland.

Need and Requirements

After several years of research and substantial investment Zuku has developed unique products and was in need of a bespoke e-commerce platform. The solution had to be in sync with their complex business model and be able to easily accommodate various additions to their website functionality in the future.

Solution and Involvement

After understanding the requirements of Zuku’s business in detail and following precise planning of the design and functionality, Verecom developed a bespoke and novel system, which could easily handle all their desired features:

• Shopping process ensuring a clear, simple and memorable user experience
• Payment card processing and currency converter
• My account section allowing modification of the member profile, including order status and complete order archive
• Zuku reward point scheme with facility to redeem gained points against future purchases
• Secure contact us form and send to friend facility
• Order management with facility to close and print orders for Zuku admin
• Search facility allowing searching orders by customer, postcode and order number
• Emails being sent automatically in relation to user or admin activity on the website
