Staff Offers is not a travel agent itself, rather it is a way for travel companies to offer discounts within a closed user group environment. By bringing together leading brands within the travel industry Staff Offers continually negotiates exclusive web deals that are lower than the supplier’s own website. This gives the exclusive visitors a one-stop-shop to access some of the best deals on the web.

Need and Requirements

Staff Offers approached Verecom in 2006 with a unique idea of providing exclusive travel deals for employees of different Corporations. The key point was to offer a personalized service while keeping the process of registration and accessing the travel deals as simple as possible.

Solution and Involvement

Verecom developed a bespoke solution allowing easy account set up for visitors and complex management and tracking tools for website administrators. A company can complete their application within a minute by filling out the simple form on the website. Once approved, staff can simply login into the Staff Offers system using their corporate email address and start enjoying access to a variety of best travel deals including flights, accommodation, cruises, holidays,etc..

The system is supported by security authentication to prevent abuse of the service, which means that first time visitors are asked to verify their email address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email they receive.

Custom made Content Management System allows website administrators to archive and fully manage companies, users, suppliers, offers and banners. Complex statistics provides the details about company’s and user’s activities on the website and track the popularity of the offers and banners.

Increasing popularity and visitors’ & suppliers’ demand lead to further developments that are currently being carried out and consist of:
