About Admire Property
Admire Property was set up by a group of property investors with the intention of providing an innovative property solution. An extensive knowledge of the property market, a large marketing network and innovative thinking are the cornerstones of this start-up estate agent.
Need and Requirements
There were three main objectives that Admire needed to be fulfilled through their new web solution. Firstly, they needed to provide a unique online service that connects the landlords and tenants via
a sophisticated platform that is supported by numerous automated processes, which makes it fast and straightforward to provide the property services to tenants and landlords. Secondly, a new company logo and stationery were designed, to strengthen Admire’s corporate identity. The finally objective was to maximize the customer’s data capture through the website and move from the offline paperwork to the online system, that archives and searches all data with minimal interaction.
Solution and Involvement
Verecom started the project by identifying the user & business objectives, this was followed by gathering information about the target audience via research and interviews. The corporate identity was continually polished and was finally signed off with new logo, stationery, to let/sale boards and
newspaper advertisement.
The website development started with information architecture, wire-frames and detailed functionality definition documentation. Armed with all the required planning and tools the website was designed and developed. The result is a highly attractive and interactive online solution featuring advanced functionalities such as:
- property search and advanced browsing
- online registration for different services
- ability to arrange viewings online
- automatic notification for users via email each time new properties match selected search criteria
- ability for landlords to submit the property for online valuation
- my account section allowing profile, property and auto alerts management
- complex CMS including tenants, landlords, properties and appointments management and PDF contract auto generation functionality

This complex solution has now become the essential part of Admire’s business model enabling smooth establishment and day to day operation in the competitive property market.
